Change your IMEI Number for Ciphone C5/C6

1. Download and install ActiveSync on your PC

Download and install EnableRapi.cab on your Ciphone

Download and install WST on your PC

2. run ActiveSync and insert ciphone

select files in information type

3. run WST

click Enab.RAPI + Unsigned Apps

Click Repair IMEI

Click Read IMEI

Enter New IMEI and Click Write IMEI

change ciphone c5 Ciphone C6 edit IMEI modify Number

however I can’t read and write IMEI.
when I press “Enab. RAPI”, allert appears “Not needed! Registry settings are already set to use RAPI tools.”, when read IMEI nothing happens.

When write IMEI the program says the operation is successful and reload the phone, after reloading no changes are visible, IMEI is the same as before.

When press “Device Info”, have error alert “EXT_REG_NAME has no value. In the REXX script named: At line number: 1667″

Doesn´t work…

Unfortunatelly, for around 1 year nobody could find some way to rewrite the Ciphone C5 IMEI.

My God I think this was translated by a chinese guy…
What he is saying is to select .info files from phone so that the WST program can read the imei from one of those files….

Doesn´t works… Im a reseller, and all cases i got, i needed to send back to factory.

And to complete, Ciphone is delaying at least 45 days to fix… Honest.. Ciphone is the worse facotry that ive seen…

Hi everybody…

Finally a real solution for this case was found… So, follow instructions:

1) Download zip file: http://www.4shared.com/account/file/EkmaIaOe/ImeiCiphone.html

2) Unzip to your PC. There are 2 files in package, the installer and the tutorial (.doc).

3) Install software doubleclicking .exe file. Will be created one folder in start menu called Apollo, and the software shortcut will be in.

4) Open tutorial file and follow instructions. Tutorial is in Chinese language and translated to Brazilian Portuguese. So, you can take the Chinese and translate to your language using Google translator.

5) Follow the steps and be happy!!!

Tipo: Use valid IMEI. Its easy to find on the web. Remember, if u clone a IMEI number, and use this number in the same operator will block the IMEI number, and u will need to change it again…

IMPORTANT: Bad results won’t be my fault. This operation should be exclusive yourd ecision.

I tested this method by my self.
